3. Nature of the Service
The Provider offers short-term and long-term parking for motor vehicles in a guarded car park near Sofia Airport, as well as transport of the customer and/or their companions to the respective terminal and back, according to the selected service.
4. Reservation
A reservation can be made through the form on the website, by phone, or by any other method specified by the Provider.
When making a reservation, the User shall provide correct and up-to-date information, including:
- name;
- contact phone number;
- email address;
- date and time of arrival;
- date and time of return;
- if necessary – additional information about the flight or the vehicle.
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The Provider is not liable for any problems arising from incorrectly entered data.
5. Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is considered accepted once confirmed by the Provider via email, phone, a system message on the website, or another appropriate channel.
The Provider reserves the right to decline a reservation due to lack of available spaces, technical problems, incorrect data, or other objective reasons.
6. Prices and Payment

8. Rights and Obligations of the Provider
- To provide the requested service for a confirmed reservation, except in extraordinary circumstances.
- To provide access to the parking area and transfer in accordance with the organization of work.
- To maintain reasonable security measures, including video surveillance and organizational control.
- To assist the customer with questions, changes, and arrangements regarding the reservation.
9. Liability
The Provider exercises reasonable care to protect vehicles left in the car park but is not liable for:
- money, documents, luggage, and other valuables left in the vehicle;
- damage resulting from force majeure;
- delays caused by heavy traffic, weather conditions, actions of third parties, or circumstances beyond the Provider’s reasonable control;
- consequences of inaccurate information provided by the User.
If a problem is identified, the User must immediately notify a representative of the Provider.
10. Cancellation and Changes to a Reservation
The User may request a change or cancellation of a reservation through the specified contact channels.
The conditions for refunds of prepaid reservations, where applicable, are determined according to the specific case, the time of cancellation, and the payment method used.

The Provider processes Users’ personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and its Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
